Relaxation and Mindful Meditation 5-week course for Business Owners
When: Begins Tuesday 8th March 7.30—8pm (for 5 weeks)

Cost: £6 per class (£30 per course)
Half an hour of peaceful relaxation, where you can calm your mind and your body, and learn how to meditate as well, even if you have never done it before. With an optional 15min afterwards for any questions or a chat. Taught by Anna Finn, experienced and fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher and a Hypnotherapist.
We are all guilty at one time or another of either worrying about the future, or dwelling on our experiences of the past, and carrying on regardless of how we feel. And this is how you miss being in the present.
