  • If the client is under 17 years of age, then the parent’s name, phone number, postal address and email address details will be collected for the performance of contract in order to contact you

The data is stored as follows:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, well-being data and session notes are stored in a paper-based format in a secure locked up storage

  • If you (or your parent) opt in to receive our news and information, your (or your parent’s if the client is under 17 years of age) name and email address is stored in an electronic database and mailing system (called Mailchimp) and both database and the mailing system are password protected.

  • The enquiry email data is stored on a secure website server

  • Your appointment dates and fees data is stored in an electronic password-protected appointment database

  • The website and email account are hosted by Target Online Marketing Ltd which has a contract with an organisation which has self-certified to participate in EU-US Privacy Shield Program which allows for personal data to be transferred securely between EU and US

The data is stored for the following length of time:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, well-being data and session notes are stored be stored for 8 years (or if the client is a child then until his or her 25th birthday, or 26th birthday if the client was 17 when the treatment ended) in a paper-based format in a secure locked up storage

  • Your original enquiry is stored for a period of one year unless you decide to become our client, in which case it is stored for 8 years (or if the client is a child then until his or her 25th birthday, or 26th birthday if the client was 17 when the treatment ended)

  • If you (or your parent) opt in to receive our news and information, your (or your parent’s if the client is under 17 years of age) name and email address will be stored unless you (or your parent) choose to unsubscribe

  • Your appointment dates and fees data is stored in for 7 years to comply with legal obligations of tax calculation record keeping for HMRC

Access to your data and correction:

You (or your parent if the client is under 17 years of age) have the right to access your personal data held by us and to correct any inaccuracies in that information, or to request for it to be removed by clicking the email us link below.

You (or your parent if the client is under 17 years of age) have the right to unsubscribe from receiving further marketing emails by using the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
