*Stress is all around us, you cannot avoid it. Stress is everyday challenges, but if you start feeling ‘stressed’ or ‘over-stressed’, that is when you may start feeling like you cannot cope. Whether that’s at work or at home, with too much to do or too little to do, it can be just as debilitating. The pressure you feel from being ‘stressed’ is exactly the reason why you may start feeling lack of motivation, become easily irritable or over-reacting. It may lead to low self-esteem and lack of confidence. Many people take time off sick, in need of a break and some stress-free time.
Stress, or rather feeling ‘stressed’ can often lead to depression, anxiety or both. Usually due to continuous tension, you may feel constantly anxious and therefore exhausted at the end of the day.
