During the strange and difficult time of the last two years of lockdowns and uncertainty linked to Covid I am incredibly proud to say I was brave enough to move all my Hypnotherapy services to Zoom Online sessions. This allowed me the flexibility to be able to offer Hypnosis despite the lockdowns and to be able to see clients who live many miles away. Now, two years on, I still offer my clients the option to have the session online. Many people now opt for in person sessions, but the fact that there is that option seems to attract those who have seen me face to face and now want to explore sessions that are more convenient too.
I totally understand if you are hesitant about having Hypnotherapy online. I have to say I was nervous at first myself, but I did it. And the more I practiced, the more confident I became.
Here is a list of what I changed in order to protect my client’s security, confidentiality and wellbeing:
- All contract details are now fulfilled via digital signatures software
- The client data gathering is GDPR compliant
- At my end, the session is carried out in an environment which is not interrupted, and so both the confidentiality and the client’s welfare is secured
- All payments are now carried out online
I also wanted to ensure that my clients were happy with the service online and so I collected some feedback. I was really pleased that every single one of my clients has been totally pleased with how well Hypnosis worked over internet. It is almost as if they were in the same room with me, but without having to travel.
A truly important message I received was that my clients were Comfortable, able to Relax and Stay Calm throughout the Hypnotherapy session.

I am really happy that my clients are so relaxed and comfortable.
I have to say that since the beginning of this year a lot of my clients have preferred to book in for Hypnosis sessions in person to start with. I am, however, really excited that due to the success of the therapy sessions online I am able to widen my audience. The geographic constraints are no longer there. I am really happy to be able to offer Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy to more people, to help them deal with their Anxiety, low moods/ Depression, reduce or ditch unwanted Habits and Move on from bad experiences in their lives. I feel honoured to help them increase their Confidence and Calm, and teach them tools and techniques they can use in their own space.
